Course registration: The tour guide selects and enrolls in the training courses available to them.
Mastering the Course Material: The participant works through modular e-learning modules; learning can be supported by documents, videos, quizzes, and assessment elements.
Course Completion: The next exam level becomes available after successfully completing the required modules and course exams.
Final Exam: Participants demonstrate their preparedness by taking a timed online final exam covering the entire course material.
License Issuance: Following a successful exam, an administrative review is conducted, after which the system prepares and makes available the document certifying the license.

Users can track their own progress in the system, complete training modules online, and go through the exam process required to obtain a license in transparent steps.
